Job Position : Estimator
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Male, maximum age 35 years.
  2. Minimum education D3 in Civil Engineering.
  3. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the position of Estimator/Quantity Surveyor in the construction field.
  4. Understand and be able to read construction drawings.
  5. Able to proficiently operate Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  6. Able to create RAB and RAP (calculate quantities, create unit price analysis).
  7. Able to create a Time Schedule.
  8. Able to create a breakdown of project material needs.
  9. Honest and responsible.
  10. Physically and mentally healthy and able to communicate well.
  11. Able to work as a team and ready to work overtime.
  12. Ready to be assigned out of town or off the island.
  13. Able and ready to work under pressure to meet job targets.
  14. Preferably domiciled in Semarang and its surroundings.
  15. Ready to comply with applicable company regulations.
